Meta 平台与英伟达于周二宣布达成多年期战略合作协议。根据协议，Meta 将在自有数据中心及通过云服务商使用数百万枚英伟达芯片。协议具体条款未对外披露。

　　Meta 长期以来都是英伟达的客户，目前已在自有数据中心部署英伟达 GPU，并从甲骨文等云服务商处租用相关产品。但此次全新合作涵盖英伟达多项技术，包括即将推出的维拉・鲁宾（Vera Rubin）芯片及自研网络技术，标志着双方将展开更深度的协作。两家公司还表示，其工程团队将携手对 Meta 的 AI 模型进行联合设计。

　　Meta 此前也曾考虑使用竞争对手的 AI 芯片。《信息》在 11 月曾报道，Meta 正与谷歌洽谈，计划2027 年在自有数据中心斥资使用谷歌 TPU，并于今年通过谷歌云租用谷歌芯片。目前尚不清楚新协议是否会影响 TPU 相关谈判。Meta 发言人表示 “暂无更多信息可分享”，且未回应谈判是否仍在进行的问题。

　　英伟达方面表示，Meta 将继续使用英伟达格蕾丝（Grace）中央处理器，并考虑在2027 年大规模部署即将推出的维拉（Vera）CPU。（CPU 为传统数据中心芯片，用于运行非 AI 相关任务。）
