格隆汇2月20日丨鋑联控股(00459.HK)公告，要约人Wealth Builder Holdings Limited与公司联合宣布，于2025年12月3日，要约人要求董事会向计划股东提呈有关建议以计划方式将公司私有化的建议，倘建议获批准及实施，将导致要约人根据公司法第86条将公司私有化及撤销股份在联交所的上市地位。注销价每股计划股份港币0.133元较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股港币0.075元溢价约77.33%。预期撤销股份于联交所的上市地位将自2026年3月24日(星期二)下午四时正起生效。
