BUZZ-Cadence Design up after beating quarterly results estimates

** Shares of chip design software provider Cadence Design CDNS.O rise 4.4% to $296 after the bell

** CDNS' Q4 revenue of $1.44 billion beats analysts' average estimate of $1.42 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Cadence posts adj. profit of $1.99 per share for Q4, exceeding consensus estimate of $1.91 per share

** CDNS expects 2026 revenue between $5.9 billion and $6 billion, largely in line with analysts' expectations

** It sees adjusted profit per share of $8.05 to $8.15 for 2206, vs estimates of $8.05

** Stock rose 4% in 2025
