IT之家 2 月 19 日消息，沙特主权财富基金 PIF 旗下 AI 领域公共投资基金公司 HUMAIN 表示，该基金在埃隆 · 马斯克旗下人工智能 xAI 与太空企业 SpaceX 进行合并交易前向 xAI 的 E 轮融资进行了 30 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 207.4 亿元人民币）的战略投资。
透过此次资本部署，HUMAIN 成为 xAI 的重要小股东，其股权其后也转换为 SpaceX 的股份。此前在 2025 年 11 月，HUMAIN 和 xAI 宣布将合作建设包含一座 500+ MW 规模旗舰设施在内的 AI GPU 数据中心网络。
HUMAIN 行政总裁 Tareq Amin 表示：
