HANOI, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Vietnamese budget airline Vietjet VJC.HM has signed a $965 million financing deal with Griffin Global Asset Management for the purchase of 6 Boeing 737-8 aircraft, it said on Thursday.
Vietjet said in a statement the agreement marked a significant step in its strategy to diversify its international funding sources.
