MA Financial Group (ASX:MAF) reported Thursday 2025 underlying earnings of AU$0.325 per share, up from AU$0.252 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.33.
Underlying revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$382.4 million, compared with AU$306.6 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$369.3 million.
The company said it expects underlying earnings in 2026 to be significantly higher than in 2025, as all divisions continue to show positive earnings momentum.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.14 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable March 17 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 25.
The company's shares fell around 4% in recent Thursday trade.
