智通财经APP讯，叮当健康(09886)公布，预期2025财年净亏损将较2024财年取得的约人民币3.8亿元净亏损显著收窄逾80%。此项改善主要归因于以下因素：首先，2024财年计提商誉减值亏损约人民币1.989亿元及其他无形资产减值亏损约人民币680万元，预期2025财年相关减值金额将显著减少。其次，集团持续优化城市布局策略，聚焦并深耕以北京、上海、深圳为代表的核心一线城市，积极拓展并加密当地智慧药房网络，有效推动营运效率，带动整体业务实现稳健增长。
此外，在商品方面，集团进一步强化供应链服务能力，并持续优化产品销售组合，提升高毛利品类占比，从而显著改善整体经营效率与盈利能力。
综合多方有利因素，集团亦预期于2025财年取得经调整净利润不少于约人民币500万元，相较2024财年约人民币5720万元 的经调整净亏损，实现扭亏为盈的转折。
