消息面上，胜利证券公布，旗下一间联营公司胜利数码科技有限公司，已接获证券及期货事务监察委员会有关申请证券及期货条例第116条项下进行第一类(证券交易)及第七类(提供自动化交易服务)受规管活动的牌照(证券及期货条例牌照)；及《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》(打击洗钱条例)第53ZRK条项下提供有关营运一个虚拟资产(虚拟资产)交易所的虚拟资产服务的牌照(打击洗钱条例牌照)的正式通知。证券及期货条例牌照及打击洗钱条例牌照已获证监会批准，惟须遵守证监会施加的若干条件。

鉴于近年虚拟资产相关业务在香港政府支持下迅速发展，董事会认为，胜利数码科技经获取有关监管批核后营运虚拟资产交易平台乃符合集团策略为客户提供更为多元的服务，创造机会使集团各业务线之间产生协同效应，并会为集团增值。此外，继胜利数码科技获发牌照后，集团目前已成为少数取得证监会引入的全面监管制度下虚拟资产生态系统关键环节的市场参与者。董事会预期，虚拟资产业务分部将会迎来更多业务机遇，能继续扩张，并为集团开创新的收入来源。
