英国国债价格小幅上涨，此前英国央行一位鹰派决策者强调指出英国经济增长乏力，促使市场猜测央行可能在下个月降息。欧洲债券价格基本持平，而美国国债期货持稳，美债现货市场因假期休市。

　　10年期英国国债收益率下跌2个基点，至4.39%。

　　英国央行利率决策官员Catherine Mann在接受英国《每日电讯报》采访时表示，英国经济“萎靡”且“乏力”，高通胀给消费者留下了“创伤”，导致支出减少。

　　交易员押注英国央行今年将累计降息48个基点，略高于上周末的约46个基点。

　　周二公布的英国就业数据若显示就业放缓，可能会强化降息猜测；CPI数据将于周三公布。

　　德国国债基本持稳，交投清淡。

　　德国国债期货基本持平，报129.23；

　　意大利10年期国债收益率下跌1个基点，报3.36%；

　　意大利与德国国债利差扩大1个基点，报61个基点；

　　10年期英国国债收益率下跌2个基点，报4.39%。
