沃尔玛首席执行官约翰·弗纳在与分析师的电话会议上表示，沃尔玛在技术方面的投资正在取得成效。自动化举措正在削减劳动力成本、提高生产率并改善交付速度。

　　目前，沃尔玛约60%的门店从自动化配送中心接收货物，该公司约一半的电商履约中心处理量完全实现了自动化。

　　与此同时，沃尔玛正在利用人工智能（AI）创建客户解决方案、减少摩擦并简化决策。使用沃尔玛AI购物助手Sparky的购物者，其平均订单额比非用户高出约35%。

　　该公司将继续增强Sparky，同时还将与OpenAI和Alphabet等合作伙伴一起打造新的工具和体验。
