摩根士丹利将客户在其新近收购的EquityZen平台上交易非上市公司股份的收费下调一半，寻求削弱竞争对手以拓展这一不断增长的市场。

　　根据周四发布的声明，该银行将大多数交易中买卖双方的费率从5%下调至2.5%。

　　这或许只是开始。摩根士丹利财富管理业务负责人Jed Finn在接受采访时表示，公司将“根据需要把费率降至尽可能低，以确保客户在市场上获得最佳价格”。

　　摩根士丹利上月完成对EquityZen的收购。该平台允许客户交易非上市公司的股份。该行去年达成收购协议，这是首席执行官Ted Pick上任后的首笔收购。

　　Finn表示：“未上市公司市场的发展方式一直风险较高。我们的整体看法是，如果能为整个市场引入更多透明度，最终将更有利于我们的投资者客户。”

　　越来越多企业选择在更长时间内保持非上市的状态，其中规模最大的公司估值已飙升至可与最大型上市公司相媲美的水平。这一趋势推动投资者争相获取对OpenAI和SpaceX等公司的投资机会，同时这些企业的员工也寻求将所持股份变现。

　　银行则试图居中撮合，把握这一持续扩张的市场。去年在短短数周内，摩根士丹利宣布收购EquityZen，高盛同意收购Industry Ventures，嘉信理财也达成了收购Forge Global Holdings的协议。
