根据2026年续约协议，公司需向AFS日本支付顾问费，预计截至2027年2月28日的最大年度交易总额预计为1440万港元（约224,092,000日圆）。在截至2026年2月28日的三个年度中，公司根据商务顾问服务协议向AFS日本已付及应付的年度交易总额分别约为967万港元、1082万港元及982万港元。由于年度上限的适用百分比均超出0.1%但低于5%，该续约协议需遵守上市规则第14A章的申报及公告要求，但可豁免独立股东批准的规定。
