消息面上，2月3日，曹操出行在2026曹操年度合作伙伴大会上正式发布全球商旅服务战略，全面进军规模达万亿的企业商旅服务市场。目前，依托旗下耀出行和吉利商旅的整合资源，曹操出行已形成覆盖“出行+商旅”的全场景服务能力，致力于打造全球化、全场景的科技出行平台。
此外，曹操出行本月初完成配股净筹3.83亿港元，东吴证券指出，整体资金运用旨在强化公司Robotaxi与企业服务领域的战略布局。公司提出至2030年累计投放10万辆完全定制Robotaxi的明确目标，并纳入新股份激励计划的关键绩效指标，与千亿港元市值考核并列，凸显其作为公司未来价值增长核心引擎的战略重要性。
