智通财经APP讯，滉达富控股(01348)发布公告，于本公告日期：(i)要约人、刘先生及与彼等任何一方一致行动人士合共持有11.08亿股股份，占本公司已发行股本总额约75.13%;及(ii)本公司公众持股量约为24.87%，仍低于上市规则第13.32B(1) 条所订之最低百分比25%，且未符合上市规则第13.32B(2)条所订之替代门槛。
于截止公告刊发后，本公司已向联交所申请暂时豁免严格遵守上市规则第13.32B 条，以于该等要约截止后两个月内(即2026年3月29日或之前)恢复最低公众持股量。本公司获要约人告知，其正与配售代理磋商，拟向独立承配人配售最多500万股股份，相当于本公司已发行股本总额约0.33%。鉴于近期公众假期，据本公司获悉，要约人与该配售代理预期将于2026年2月底前订立协议，而配售事项之完成预期将于2026年3月13日或前后落实。
倘若配售事项未能于豁免期内落实或完成，本公司获悉要约人将透过联交所于公开市场出售股份，以期在豁免期内恢复最低公众持股量。
