OFX Group (ASX:OFX) appointed James Georgeson as chief financial officer, effective Monday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Selena Verth, current CFO, will remain with the group until June 30 to ensure a smooth transition, the filing said.
Georgeson recently served as the CFO of EML Payments (ASX:EML), the filing added.
The company's shares fell 3% in recent Monday trade.
