智通财经APP讯，轩竹生物-B(02575)发布公告，根据恒生指数有限公司于2026年2月13日公布的截至2025年12月31日止期间的恒生指数系列季度检讨结果，公司被纳入恒生综合指数的成分股，该调整将于2026年3月9日正式生效。
恒生综合指数作为港股综合性基准指标，全面覆盖在香港联交所主板上市、累计市值位列前95%的上市企业。获纳入恒生综合指数成分股，公司股份预计将符合沪港通及深港通交易的纳入标准。沪港通及深港通是香港与中国内地的资本市场投资者之间的股票交易与投资的渠道。
董事会认为，公司获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，反映投资者对公司价值与成长潜力的认可。董事会预期，有关纳入预期将提升公司股票流动性、扩大投资者基础以及丰富股东结构，从而进一步提升公司于资本市场的声誉及投资价值，有利于公司的长远稳定发展。
