恒宇集团（02448）发布公告，根据上市规则第2B章，本公司有权于取消上市地位决定发出日期起计七个营业日内（即2026年2月20日或之前），向联交所的上市复核委员会（定义见上市规则）提交复核取消上市地位的决定。倘本公司决定不要求进行复核，则股份上市的最后一天将为2026年2月25日，而股份上市将自2026年2月26日上午9时正起被取消。
经考虑事实及情况后，本公司将不会根据上市规则第2B章申请复核取消上市地位的决定。
