首都创投（02324）发布公告，于记录日期，并无不合资格股东，因此概无不合资格股东未售出供股股份；及于2026年2月10日（星期二）下午四时正（即最后接纳时限），已接获合共1.74亿股供股股份（相当于供股项下提呈发售供股股份总数的约 38.6%）的合共十份有效接纳。余下2.76亿股不获认购供股股份（相当于供股项下提呈发售供股股份总数的约61.4%）将受补偿安排所规限。
