春节假期，随着新能源车主返乡居家和自驾出行，居家充电需求激增，小区充电设施面临高峰负荷考验。在江苏，一种新型的智能有序充电试点社区正发挥作用，通过智能调度有效缓解充电压力，保障车主便捷用电。
在江苏常州聚新家园小区停车场，每个车位后的充电桩已接入智能有序充电系统。面对春节期间车辆的充电高峰，系统依托物联网、大数据与人工智能技术，动态调节充电功率，引导车辆在电网负荷较低、电费更优惠的时段充电，实现“削峰填谷”。车主只需通过手机设定充电需求，系统即可自动优化方案，在保障出行需求的同时，节约充电成本、减轻电网负担。
常州聚新家园社区居民李海涛表示：“假期小区里充电的人明显多起来了，我准备自驾出去玩，晚上用手机设置第二天上午9点前充满，系统自动安排在后半夜充电，30度电只花了21.9元，比平时白天充电省了6块多，又方便又划算。”
国网常州电动汽车服务有限公司运维主管冯晨补充到：“春节期间尤其是返乡期间，居民区充电负荷集中上升，容易加剧电网压力。智能有序充电系统可主动调节充电时间和功率，有效平抑负荷高峰，既帮助车主利用谷电充电省钱，也增强了电网调节能力，提升了供电可靠性。”常州作为全国首批车网互动规模化应用试点城市，优先在配电压力较大的居民社区布局建设15个智能有序充电试点，目前总可调负荷已达2870千瓦，为应对节假日等充电高峰场景提供了技术保障。
