ChainCatcher 消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布旗下投资管理部（Division of Investment Management）已向 WisdomTree 代币化货币市场基金 WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund 发布豁免令，根据该豁免令，投资者可在盘中以每股 1 美元的价格，通过交易商（dealer）买卖该货币市场基金（MMF）份额，而不受其每日收盘净值（NAV）限制，该基金在区块链上发行代币化份额。
此次监管豁免允许投资者在盘中持续与交易商交易代币化基金份额，并实现较传统模式更快的结算速度。美 SEC 补充表示，此举为代币化基金产品在现行监管框架下的运作提供了灵活性支持，有助于提升交易效率与结算体验。
