Genesis Energy (ASX:GNE, NZE:GNE) reported Monday fiscal first-half earnings of NZ$0.0864 per share, up from NZ$0.065 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of NZ$0.09.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$1.53 billion, compared with NZ$1.76 billion a year earlier.
The company maintained its fiscal 2026 normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, and fair value adjustments guidance at NZ$490 million to NZ$520 million, increased its fiscal 2028 target to upper NZ$500 million from mid to upper NZ$500 million previously, and issued a fiscal 2032 forecast of NZ$650 million to NZ$750 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.073 per share, up from NZ$0.0713 a year earlier, payable March 25 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
