Tourism Holdings Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Earnings, Higher Revenue; Shares Jump 3%

Tourism Holdings (ASX:THL, NZE:THL) reported Monday fiscal first-half earnings of NZ$0.1333 per share, up from NZ$0.1152 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of NZ$0.11 per share.

Total revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$477.3 million, compared with NZ$458.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected revenue of NZ$475.1 million.

The company said it expects fiscal year 2025 underlying net profit after tax of between NZ$43 million and NZ$47 million.

The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.03 per share, up from NZ$0.025 a year earlier, payable April 10 to shareholders on record as of March 27.

Its shares jumped over 3% in early trading on the Australian bourse on Monday, and over 2% on the New Zealand bourse.
