智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月23日，中新控股(08125)股东将股票由宏智证券转入中银国际证券，转仓市值720.48万港元，占比5.05%。
中新控股此前发布公告称，公司正评估于深圳成立一家全资附属公司开拓业务，负责开发及营销智能软件开发及提供数字化营销服务。此新业务预计将为集团开拓新的收入来源，并进一步提升集团在中国的品牌影响力与市场竞争力。集团评估后将投入必要的资源以支持业务发展，并确保其营运符合适用的法律及法规。
董事会认为，该等策略性举措可利用集团的资源，同时开拓新的市场机遇，从而增强公司的竞争力并为股东创造可持续价值，并将符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会强调，该等潜在新业务方向，仍有待进一步评估，且未必一定会落实。
