** Integrated real estate business swings to interim loss attributable of A$318 mln ($225.68 mln) from a profit of A$48 mln in pcp
** Co posts 37% drop in HY revenue to A$2.84 bln
** Declares interim dividend of 6.2 Australian cents per share
** YTD, stock down 14.7%, including the day's moves
