智通财经APP获悉，香港立法会秘书处资料研究组最新发布的《数据透视》显示，根据最新估算，截至2025年年底，在香港营运的单一家族办公室已达3384间。研究数据显示，截至2024年年底，香港资产及财富管理规模达35.14万亿港元，较2017年显著增长45%。与此同时，业界最新估计香港拥有17,215名超高资产净值人士，数字在全球城市中排名第二，仅次于纽约，为家族办公室服务带来稳健需求。调查显示，37%的在港单一家族办公室已营运超过11年，反映行业发展已有一定基础。
资金来源方面，研究显示，香港家族办公室源自亚太区的离岸资产达1.29万亿美元(约10.1万亿港元)，其中源自内地的金额占比最大，达到5,550亿美元(约4.33万亿港元)，相当于43%的份额。
家族办公室业务增长动力强劲，税务宽减提高吸引力。数据显示，在香港的私人银行和私人财富管理业务中，来自家族办公室和私人信托的资产规模于2024年达到1.55万亿港元，较2017年大幅增加88%。
在税务优惠政策方面，中国香港与新加坡均提供税务宽减予合资格家族办公室，而香港政策一般被视为更具弹性，包括不设预先审批要求及本地投资规定。
