智通财经APP讯，美高域(01985)发布公告，由于本集团在中国的业务扩张以及新收购的联营公司及金融资产均需额外的审核工作，本公司未能与德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)就审核本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度综合财务报表的审核费用达成共识。因此，本公司已要求且德勤已同意辞任本公司核数师，自2026年2月23日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，经审核委员会推荐，其已决议委任国卫会计师事务所有限公司(国卫)为新任核数师，自2026年2月23日起生效，以填补德勤辞任后的临时空缺，并任期至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。根据本公司组织章程细则第155条，董事会有权填补核数师职位的任何临时空缺及厘定所委任核数师的酬金。因此，将不会就此举行股东特别大会。
