2月24日，河南许昌一金店招聘60人，收到1000余份简历，22岁潮汕老板黄志勇为102位面试者送0.1克金币，“无论面试成功与否，我都给大家送一份小金币。”
黄志勇表示，这次招聘没有学历的要求，年龄也放宽到18至40岁，希望给更多的宝妈带来就业的机会。前来应聘的“80后”宝妈表示：“特别荣幸，特别幸运。”该金店一位员工称，老员工月薪平均能达到1万多元，开心。黄志勇还称，自己来到河南也是为了学习胖东来的理念，“真心对待员工，真心对待顾客。”
