ASB 银行在周一于惠灵顿发布的《经济周刊》中更新了房价预测：现预计 2026 年房价上涨 1.5%，此前预测为上涨 3.9%；预计截至 2026 年 6 月的 12 个月内房价下跌 1%，此前预测为上涨 0.7%~2.5%。注：在上周新西兰房地产协会（REINZ）房价指数环比下跌 0.2% 之后，ASB 表示，预计高供应量将继续压制房价，2026 年的任何复苏都可能较为温和。注：新西兰央行（RBNZ）上周预测，2026 年房价将保持不变。
