路透2月20日 - TXNM Energy TXNM.N 周五称，美国联邦能源管理委员会(FERC) 已授权 Blackstone Infrastructure BX.N 收购该公司。
去年，Blackstone 同意 (link) 以 115 亿美元（包括债务）的价格收购该公用事业公司。
该公司表示，FERC 得出结论，认为"没有证据表明州或联邦的监管会因拟议的交易而受到损害"，而且该交易不会 "对费率产生不利影响"。
