国际能源署日前警告称，今年全球石油需求增长将慢于预期。然而，尽管1月份供应中断导致供应减少，该机构仍预计全球市场将出现大量过剩。在其月度石油报告中，该机构预测2026年全球供应将比需求多出每日373万桶。这与上个月的预测基本持平。这一过剩量相当于全球需求的近4%，高于任何其他预测。

　　报告发布后，全球基准布伦特原油价格当天交易价格低于每桶70美元。由于伊朗和美国之间的紧张局势，年初以来油价仍上涨了约14%。

　　国际能源署表示，“不断升级的地缘政治冲突、北美的暴风雪和极端气温，以及哈萨克斯坦的供应中断”，促使市场从“看涨”逆转。
