ChainCatcher 消息，据 WSJ 报道，Terraform Labs 的法院指定破产管理人已在纽约联邦法院起诉 Jane Street，指控其在 Terra 崩溃期间，利用 Terra 内部人士提供的非公开内幕信息进行抢跑交易并从中获利。
诉状称，在 Terraform Labs 从 Curve 资金池中撤出 1.5 亿枚 TerraUSD（UST）后不久，与 Jane Street 相关的钱包地址也从同一池中提取了 8500 万枚 UST，一系列操作非法获利并加速了 Terraform Labs 的灭亡。
