智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月20日，汇聚科技(01729)股东将股票存入花旗银行，存仓市值17.85亿港元，占比5.45%。
汇聚科技公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，配售事项已于2026年2月20日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。合共1.08亿股配售股份(占紧接配售事项完成前本公司现有已发行股本约5.45%，及紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约5.16%)已成功配售予不少于六名承配人，配售价为每股15.22港元。
