在股价暴跌导致市值缩水近一半后，数字支付公司贝宝（PayPal Holdings Inc．）吸引到潜在买家的收购意向。

　　据知情人士透露，在潜在买家主动表达意向的情况下，这家总部位于加州圣何塞的公司已与多家银行举行了会谈。至少有一家大型竞争对手正在考虑收购整个公司，而其他一些收购方则只对贝宝的某些资产感兴趣。

　　买家对贝宝的收购意向仍处于初步阶段，最终未必能达成交易。贝宝方面拒绝置评。

　　贝宝成立于1990年代末，曾是数字支付领域的先行者。但如今，随着客户越来越多地转向其他支付方式，该公司陷入了困境。

　　过去12个月中，贝宝股价在纽约市场已下跌约46%，该公司市值在384亿美元左右。
