智通财经APP讯，爱德新能源(02623)公布，于2026年2月18日，公司订立配售函件，公司拟向Horizon Minerals Limited认购合共约3657.41万股配售股份，认购价为每股1.08澳元，总代价约3950万澳元将以现金支付。公司已向联交所申请股份自2026年2月24日上午九时正起恢复买卖。完成后，公司将合共持有经两个批次配售事项项下配发及发行的配售股份扩大后的目标公司已发行股本约9.95%。
据悉，目标公司为一间中型黄金生产商，其项目位于西澳金矿区。
