Property For Industry (NZE:PFI) plans to offer 6.5-year senior secured fixed-rate bonds to New Zealand retail and institutional investors, as well as Australian institutional investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The offer is expected to open in the week starting March 2 and the bonds anticipated to be quoted on the New Zealand's Exchange debt market, the filing added.
The company's shares rose around 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
