Abacus Group (ASX:ABG) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half 2026 basic funds from operations of AU$0.0449 per security, slightly down from AU$0.0450 a year earlier.
Rental income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$80.7 million, compared with AU$81.1 million a year earlier.
The company said it has entered the second half of fiscal 2026 with robust occupancy and tenant retention.
The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 distribution outlook of AU$0.085 per security.
