智通财经APP获悉，中船防务(00317)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，在4.38%，报16.92港元，成交额7142.97万港元。
消息面上，中国商务部公告，决定将三菱造船株式会社等参与提升日本军事实力的20家日本实体列入出口管制管控名单。据悉，中船防务旗下黄埔文冲近期签订重大造船合同，交易总金额7.36亿美元至8.96亿美元之间。计划2028-2030年或之前交付，预计将对公司现金流及后续经营业绩产生积极影响。
中船防务此前发布盈喜公告称，预计公司2025年归母净利润同比增长150%-197%。浙商证券表示，2025年公司业绩显着增长主要系船舶产品收入及生产效率有所提升，产品毛利同比改善；联营企业经营业绩显着提升，参股公司分红金额增加，公司确认投资收益同比大幅增加。据悉，中船防务控股公司黄埔文冲与参股公司广船国际为核心造船企业。
