ChainCatcher 消息，美国 SEC 文件显示，BlackRock（贝莱德）旗下 iShares 提交修订版 S-1，拟推出 “iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF”（代码 ETHB），并在纳斯达克上市。
该信托为特拉斯州法定信托，主要持有 ETH，并在不影响作为授予人信托税务资格的前提下，将约 70%–95% 资产通过 Coinbase 等第三方节点参与以太坊质押，获取 Staking 奖励。
产品采用 40,000 份一篮子申赎机制，支持现金或实物 ETH 申赎，仅授权参与者可直接与信托申赎。基础费率为年化 0.25%，上市后首个 12 个月对首个 25 亿美元资产减免至 0.12%。信托预计在风险可控前提下持续发行份额。
