小米创始人雷军今早携13名高管给员工发开工红包，金额10-100元不等，红包内还放有隐藏好运卡，抽到即可领取礼品一份。
百度
百度通过创始人李彦宏的数字人，向全体员工发送定制祝福及开工红包。
金额在365元、588元、666元、888元、2026元不等，员工最高可以获得2026元的超大额开工红包，实习生则可获得188元的开工红包。
据了解，此次开工红包金额跟在职年限无关，而是系统随机分配。
快手
快手开工红包正式员工366元，实习生200元。
腾讯
腾讯的开工红包，领取范围为合同地为中国内地的腾讯集团本部正式员工、毕业生、实习生和长期顾问。除“开工利是”每人400元外，腾讯还准备了随机“加油包”，总额最高可达466.66元。
小红书
据了解，此次小红书没有根据在职司龄发红包，是完全看运气分配开工红包，分别为88、108、188、388、588薯券，最高1888薯券，1薯券＝1元，正式员工和实习员工均有。
阿里（淘天）
淘天今年发布定制款淘公仔盲袋+开工刮刮乐。其中公仔盲盒分常规两款+隐藏款，刮刮乐最高能刮到888现金红包，还有奶茶券、零食自助、餐券等奖品。
