ChainCatcher 消息，嘉楠科技宣布完成 3975 万美元融资，通过向 Cipher Mining 发行 806,439,900 股 A 类普通股（约 53,762,660 股 ADS）的方式，收购了其在西德克萨斯州三个比特币矿场项目中 49% 的股权。
该项目主要业务是运营总电力容量为 120 MW、总算力约 4.4 EH/s 的比特币矿场。此次交易还包括嘉楠科技从 Cipher Mining 购回 6,840 枚矿机，这些机器原计划部署于正转型为 AI 数据中心的 Black Pearl 站点。交易完成后，Cipher Mining 成为嘉楠科技的重要股东，所持股份设有六个月禁售期。
