智通财经APP获悉，美联集团(01200)主席黄建业预计，2026年全年楼价升10%，最主要集中在中小型住宅和高级新楼方面。成交8.5万宗，其中包括一手2.2万宗，二手5万宗，工商铺5000宗。
他还表示，楼市表现已不错，政府已经不需要新增措施去推动楼市。
他表示，工商铺需要时间去寻找支持点，但相信很快就可以找到。他希望政府可以帮一帮工商铺物业，例如将投资移民的资金投资到工商铺。政府也应该振兴零售。
至于是否进一步放宽印花税豁免上限至600万港元物业，他表示会考虑建议政府轻微放宽，但不会至600万港元物业。
他还表示，集团2026年会根据市况扩充人手、分行。
