Overseas Education Swings to Loss in H2 2025; Shares Drop 3%

Overseas Education (SGX:RQ1) booked an attributable loss to owners of SG$974,000 in the second half of 2025, against attributable profit of SG$1.0 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the education services company were down nearly 3% in Tuesday trading.
Loss per share came in at SG$0.002, versus earnings per share of SG$0.002 in the year-ago period.
Revenue dropped 4.6% year over year to SG$39.2 million from SG$41.1 million, despite lower tuition fees revenue.
