PANAMA CITY, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Panama's Official Gazette on Monday published a court ruling formally annulling Hong Kong's CK Hutchison Holdings 0001.HK concessions for two ports along its strategic canal, after ruling late January the contracts violated the constitution.
CK Hutchison later warned of legal action after A.P. Moller–Maersk MAERSKb.CO signaled it was willing to temporarily take over management of the ports.
