礼来公司周一为其重磅减肥药Zepbound推出新剂型，一款可提供一个月剂量的单支注射笔。自费患者可通过公司直营网站LillyDirect购买这款名为KwikPen的多剂量装置，最低剂量级别的月费起价为299美元。

　　这款注射笔可为患者提供更便捷的选择，将每月用药所需器械数量缩减至一支笔即可完成四周剂量注射。目前接受治疗的患者每周需使用不同的单剂量自动注射器，礼来同时提供单剂量西林瓶装Zepbound，使用者需自行用注射器抽取药液注射。

　　此举正值礼来力图巩固Zepbound早期成功之际，该药自2023年底上市以来需求激增。LillyDirect平台对Zepbound的市场增长至关重要，在该平台推出新剂型有望吸引更多患者。Zepbound的强劲增长已帮助礼来从竞争对手诺和诺德手中夺取减肥药市场多数份额。第四季度该药在美国市场创收42亿美元，同比飙升122%。

　　礼来在公告中表示，美国食品药品监督管理局已批准Zepbound标签扩展，纳入多剂量注射装置。KwikPen此前已用于礼来其他药物，如畅销糖尿病药物Mounjaro。

　　礼来美国及全球客户能力总裁伊利亚·尤法在声明中称：“作为支持肥胖症患者体重管理之旅的承诺之一，我们推出Zepbound KwikPen这一新选择，该装置已凭借礼来其他药品获得全球及美国患者信赖。”
