于2026年2月12日(星期四)下午四时正(即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请额外供股股份及缴付股款的最后时限)：
(i)已接获暂定配额通知书项下10份暂定配额的有效接纳，涉及合共349,624,546股供股股份，相当于供股项下将予提呈供股股份最高数目953,883,000股的约36.7%;及
(ii)已接获额外申请表格项下9份额外供股股份的有效申请，涉及合共629,517,634股供股股份，相当于供股项下将予提呈供股股份最高数目953,883,000股的约66.0%。
合共19份有关979,142,180股供股股份的有效接纳及申请已获接纳及申请，相当于供股项下将予提呈供股股份最高数目953,883,000股的102.7%。
根据上述结果，供股获超额认购25,259,180股供股股份，相当于供股项下将予提呈供股股份最高数目953,883,000股的约2.7%。
