智通财经APP讯，正大企业国际(03839)公布，自2026年2月24日起，公司董事长谢吉人先生已由公司非执行董事调任为公司执行董事，原因为其将于集团担任执行职务;李绍祝先生因欲投入更多时间处理其其他个人事务，已辞任公司执行董事及行政总裁(工业业务)，亦不再担任董事会薪酬委员会成员;Kobboon Srichai 女士已获委任为公司非执行董事;现任公司执行董事马德寿先生已获委任为公司行政总裁及薪酬委员会成员;随着马德寿先生获委任后，李绍庆先生不再担任公司行政总裁(生化业务)，惟其留任为公司执行董事。
