智通财经APP讯，天保能源(01671)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(回顾期间)将取得营业收入约人民币7.74亿元，与2024年同期相比下降约6.1%;年内溢利约人民币1154万元，与2024年同期相比增长约1.1%;本公司权益股东应占溢利约人民币836万元，与2024年同期相比增长约84.5%。主要原因为：2025年度煤炭采购价格下降，因煤炭蒸汽价格联动机制，导致本集团蒸汽板块收入略有下降;本集团成功拓展储能、光伏电站运营等新能源业务，带动新能源业务板块利润增长;本集团进一步推动降本增效政策以降低成本支出。在上述因素的共同作用下，2025年度本公司权益股东应占溢利实现增长。
