智通财经APP讯，世纪娱乐国际(00959)公布，于2026年2月13日( 交易时段后 )，合资公司与WPT订立营运协议。根据营运协议，WPT( 作为获PAGCOR认可的获授权电子博彩系统服务供应商 )授予合资公司使用其该平台连同相关内容及技术的权限，以在遵守适用法律及法规的情况下，开发、营运及变现针对亚太地区( 不包括菲律宾 )市场的应用程式。
公司正积极于亚太地区数字博彩领域寻求增长机遇。营运协议让合资公司能够利用WPT获PAGCOR认证的博彩平台、专有内容及监管基础设施，以成本效益的方式高效开发及部署手机博彩应用程式的多元化组合，而毋须另行获取独立博彩牌照及开发核心平台技术。
