智通财经APP讯，绿茶集团(06831)公布，预期该集团于2025年将取得利润约人民币4.6亿元至5.08亿元，同比增加约31.4%至45.1%;及经调整净利润约人民币4.81亿元至5.32亿元，同比增加约33.2%至47.4%。
董事会认为，利润增加乃主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(i)集团的门店网络持续扩张导致收入较截至2024年12月31日止年度的约人民币38.38亿元增加约人民币6.96亿元至11.74亿元;(ii)经营效率的持续提升导致门店层面盈利能力提高;及(iii)部分被截至2025年12月31日止年度产生的上市开支(约人民币1800万元)所抵销。
经调整净利润增加乃主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(i)集团的门店网络持续扩张导致上述收入增加;及(ii)经营效率的持续提升导致门店层面盈利能力提高。
