Tai Sin Electric (SGX:500) subsidiary, BayWa r.e. Solar Systems, changed its name to Integra R.E. Co., effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary is held 99% by the company and 1% by Tai Sin (Vietnam), the company's other unit.
